Paul's Bio

Chicago Artist Paul Roberts

Paul started selling paintings 25 years ago after a lifetime of painting as a hobby. He has built a large following with deep textures and bold colors. Paul is an Abstract Expressionist, with mostly non-objective works - so Paul does not paint flowers, he creates his own version of flowers. You will notice 2 dominant series - Twisted and Structure. Twisted paintings contain the winding ribbons, and structure works contain straight lines. Paul also has a Sailboat Series and The Crown series. Paul uses his art to express his mood so his structured series emulates his legal career as he is also an attorney. His more relaxed mood is brought out in the Twisted series, lighter and more fun.

My paintings are ready to hang. Most artists sell canvases online. It will cost you as much as the painting or more to frame a piece of canvas. My paintings have finished sides so 2 nails and you are ready to go - and I provide the nails!
